I have had nothing but problems. The first battery dishcharged way too soon. They sent me a 2nd battery. It won't trim 3 football fields as promised. It only ran for 15 minutes. Then the charger started flashing (with both batteries). They sent a new charger. Got it and it was still flashing. They said there were known problems with the batteries and they should have sent battery instead of charger. Now of course the battery is not in stock for maybe 3 weeks!!! It has already been 3 weeks since I could trim my yard. Suggestion: BUY A DIFFERENT TRIMMER!!! DON’T BUY THIS!!! I have had nothing but problems. The first battery dishcharged way too soon.
